Brief Description: Domestic Violence Update presented by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office

Full Description: The Domestic Violence statute will be reviewed. The emphasis of the training will be on Evidence Based Prosecution, proving a case with an uncooperative victim, as well as criminal and civil procedures, which Officers are required to know. This course is intended for Law Enforcement Officers, first responding Officers, especially will benefit from this course. The preferred experience level is for five years or less as an Officer.
