Brief Description: Mandatory Annual, 4-Hour, DT Training required by the NJAG

Full Description: This class is designed to meet the criteria for the 4-hour Defensive Tactics training that every Officer must complete annually as required by the NJ Attorney General.

Resources Required: This is a physical class. Students must be dressed appropriately for hands-on defensive tactics training. Students must also bring,
- Water,
- Gun belt and "Blue" gun as weapons retention is a part of this certification,
- No shoes on the mats, and no bare feet on the floor, so students ae also encouraged to bring slides.

Reporting Instructions: Monmouth County Police Academy at 0830 hours.
