Front Line Supervision Program - NJSACOP with Stockton University
Full Description
Requires participants to focus on identifying a real-world public safety problem or ineffective or inefficient process, and developing a plan to change or improve it.  Emphasis on choosing a project that serves to benefit the community the agency serves.  After choosing the topic, the participant must develop a new process, procedure, or approach that will be presented to their respective Agency Head for consideration.  Each participant will receive a course pre-packet that provides a detailed course description, as well as the preparation required to successfully complete this course.  
Course has been approved for THREE college credits through Fairleigh Dickinson University.
