Imagine being dispatched to a call involving a person threatening to commit suicide inside their home.  Do you make entry?  The answer is more complex than it may seem.

This one-day program is designed to provide first-line supervisors with a comprehensive overview of best practices for the initial response to critical incidents, including active shooter/threat events, barricaded subjects, and hostage situations.  Throughout the program, participants will engage in tabletop exercises, and facilitated discussions, focused on critical incident decision-making and response strategies.
