be highly skilled and knowledgeable as to the tenets and possibilities of modern leadership.

Presented in a methodized outline manner, this presentation will begin with a discussion on the concept and true definition of leadership followed by analysis of the existing Law Enforcement leadership development structure.  We will examine the traits of successful leaders in LE, the private sector, the military, and beyond.  We will also explore where leaders sometimes fall short.

Ultimately, taking your leadership to the next level is accomplished by taking your people to
the next level.  When executed properly, the possibilities are limitless. This course will benefit
both new and seasoned LE leaders.
