Included are reviews of Supervisory responsibilities, Investigative stops/detentions, Identification issues, Municipal ordinance enforcement, Summons/warrant criteria, ATRA, Involuntary Commitment, Juveniles, Eviction, Jurisdiction, Selected statutory and common law, Civil liability, AG guidelines, Ministerial/ discretionary acts, Emergency response driving, Fire scene authority and more.
