Full Description: Solo Officer Intervention to an Active Threat Training:

This one day course is designed to give sworn law enforcement personnel a clear understanding of how to intervene in an active threat (shooter) situation, when they are the only officer available. Some of the topics to be covered include: What to expect as a solo officer in an active threat situation, threat assessments and decision making as the solo responder, solo entry tactics, hallway and large area movements, combat mindset and much more. Force on Force scenarios are conducted during this training to test all of the skills learned. This course is hands-on. Attire is Class B uniform or similar.
